It simulates the natural progression of light through the day to benefit your sleepwake cycle.

FAQs:
Do I have to operate the lights on only the Brilliant Smart App or my Google Home / Amazon Alexa?
A: No- these lights are still used normally in lamps with their own switches, so they can simply be operated via the switch as per normal, like a regular globe would. You simply get the bonus of the Smart functionalities if you need them.
When they are turned off at the switch, is there a default setting or do they come on at their last setting?
A: The lights have a memory function built in, so if they are switched off manually, the next time they are switched back on they will come on using their last setting.
